Overview
Positive Values aims to develop life skills that will support children and allow them to progress in PE, school and life.
It aims to improve physical and mental health and well-being. Positive Values looks at helping children learn and improve vital
social skills such as working with others, being part of a team and taking ownership of their own personal level of activeness.
It will also present and create opportunities to overcome challenges as well as allowing them to make choices that will improve their decision making and thinking skills.

Fit for Life

Overview
The aim of this programme is to challenge the growing national obesity crisis.
Our workshops are inclusive for the whole school, and focus on teaching children the importance of staying fit and healthy using physical activity and ways to make nutrition and a balanced diet fun!
Children will engage in a range of health and fitness activities that will develop a love of movement.
Resource packs include:

Move and Improve
Developing Physical Literacy and Fundamental Movement

Overview
This programme is designed to develop and accelerate physical literacy and fundamental movement. This is aimed at developing pupils that are behind with their gross motor and fundamental movement skills.
Working with 3 selected groups of children, each group will be assessed at the start and end of the programme to allow analysis of
progress.
We will tailor your Move & Improve programme to the needs of the children selected.
